Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before final payment.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly mentioned on our website.

  1. Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days for most metro cities.

For remote or rural areas, delivery may take 7–12 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or festive rush.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your shipment.

Customers can track their order directly on the courier partner’s website.

  1. Delayed or Failed Delivery

In case of delivery delays, our team will make every effort to update you.

If the courier partner is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address or repeated failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.

We currently ship only within India (you can edit if international shipping is available).

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and other charges will be borne by the customer.

  1. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product.

Missing or incorrect items must also be reported within 48 hours.
