Return & Refund Policy

At Sakhi Trendzs, we value your trust and want you to enjoy a seamless shopping experience. While we take great care to ensure quality and accuracy in every order, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Products purchased during sale/clearance events are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, accessories and stitched/altered items are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-stitched or altered products
  • Items without original tags/packaging
  • Worn or damaged garments not due to manufacturing defects

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Support at support@sakhitrendzs.com or call +91-XXXXXXXXXX within the return period.
  2. Share your Order ID and reason for return.
  3. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup (where available) or guide you on how to ship the item back.
  4. Once received, our quality team will inspect the item before approving the return/refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5-7 working days after return approval.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a wrong or defective product.

5. Exchanges

  • You can exchange the product for a different size or design (subject to availability).
  • If the replacement item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid.

6. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos at support@sakhitrendzs.com. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
